Mercury Auto Transport

As we all know, I was bombarded with emails after I submitted my information for a quote. Mercury responded with the most emails of any company, and sounded promising, with the lowest quote.

A few days later when I got ready to decide on the exact date for shipping, I called, I texted, I emailed, with no response for over 48 hours. The website states "call, text, and I'll respond." Nope!

Nothing. so moving on....

Car was picked up at 10:30 PM, by 1:30 AM received a phone call about my car been stolen, up to that point Mercury Auto Transport has been following up with constant updates, they didn't know that car has been stolen when I called them 10 hours later, once notified, their communication and assistance stopped flowing. Not recommending their service, matter of fact, they should really be banned from the industry. Do not trust your vehicle to these people.

After shopping around for the lowest possible price, I signed a contract with Mercury, but they DID NOT honor the contract and what I thought was a binding contract agreement.

Another competitive transport company said the inside secret is without a deposit down payment, which I kept asking about how much the deposit was, Mercury does Not have to honor their low bid price.

The whole industry is nothing but a bait and switch rip off, so lower prices and contract will Not be honored, especially Mercury is the worst of all car transporters. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF and YOUR CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING, KEEP YOUR MONEY OR ELSE, GO ELSEWHERE.

Jim was very helpful and had my car picked up within one day !

Everything went smoothly ! This was the 2nd time I used Mercury

and will use again !

I recently worked with candy Kelly of Mercury Auto Transport to get a 2019 Yukon moved from Las Vegas to Bozeman Montana, candy kept us abreast of situation when they were loading when they were going to unload everything seemed to go seamlessly so we're very happy, Dan

It was agreed upon that I would meet the driver at a gas station near my home. The gas station is a pull through and accommodates rigs.

The driver passed the gas station and about a mile up the road he pulled off to the shoulder of a very busy highway and unloaded it on the side of the highway. He refused to drop it off at the agreed location. I had to knock on a strangers door and ask for help to get that vehicle and the vehicle I was driving home.

Stranding female customers on the side of the road puts people at risk. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Joe Kelly was amazing from beginning to end. Personable, efficient and got my car to me cross country pretty quickly.

I arrived at my destination on Tuesday and car was at my front door on Wednesday. I highly recommend this service.

My son is retiring from the army. We scheduled with mercury got an order # proceeded to book a rental, flight and hotel and turned in his keys to his apartment.

Mercury never got anyone, never returned calls or texts to us. And when the agent texted back he said i am working on it. My son is now driving home and we cancelled all reservations. The next day i get a text from the agent saying lets get this taken care of.

I advised my son is driving and all reservations have been cancelled.

Agent texted back and said bummer do we still need a carrier!

Very unprofessional and unconcerned agent. I hope and pray that no one else goes thru the inconvenience of this.

So joe Kelly took over my transport , and with it two days my car was picked up and two days last it was cross country. Good doing business with this company will again

Car was delayed shipping and then truck broke down. Not that it was in their control but the communication was so poor.

They could never reach the carrier. I had to hunt the number diwn and do it all myself.

Really didn't get what I paid for as I had to do ityself. Don't waste your time with a broker!

I shipped a 2004 Toyota Camry from Ohio to Texas and needed a relatively quick turnaround time. Jim Gozde was highly responsive to all my calls and inquiries and effectively communicated with me via email, text, or call depending upon my preference in any given day.

He also seemed genuinely concerned to get me the best deal because I was a full-time student and didn't have a lot of extra money to spend on car troubles.

The car arrived within two weeks of requesting it and in perfect condition with no troubles. I looked at a bunch of different carriers but Jim gave me the best price and time.

I kew moving my vehicle half way across the USA needed a good plan and a good partner. Mercury Auto Transport provided clear, honest transparency into the process and chose a reputable provider for my needs.

They were good on asking the right questions, following up on progress and ensuring I was satisfied. I have recommended them to many already who asked about my experience.
